What forms of payment do you accept? 
The payment methods we accept are:
- American Express
- MasterCard
- Visa
- PayPal

We're sorry, we do not accept:
- COD
- Layaway plan
- Personal check - Money order - Credit card with issuing bank and billing address outside of the U.S.

For your security, the billing name and address on your order must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.
What happens if the product I order becomes temporarily out of stock or backordered?
If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, you will be notified via email and you will not be charged. Please feel free to add the product to your next order.
What do I do if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Please email info@themakeupbar.us within 3 days of receiving your order. Please provide an image of the damaged/defective item with your full name and order #. Please hold on to all defective/damage product and packaging until further notice. 
Why does my product look different than the photos online?
The swatches on our website represent our colors as close as possible, however the actual color may appear different on everyone. The results of our colors may vary because they are dependent on a number of factors, including: monitor resolution and color settings, camera settings, lighting, skin tone, etc.
Do you ship International outside of the USA?
No, currently we only ship within the United States. 
Do you offer overnight Shipping?
No, we currently offer Priority Shipping through USPS.
How long will it take to ship?
Shipping varies on time of year, considering any Holidays and postal closures. Shipping and handling can take (up to) 7-10 business days, but can always be sooner.
Does The Makeup Bar ship to PO Boxes?
Yes, The Makeup Bar offers shipping methods for delivery to a P.O. Box
What is your return & exchange Policy?
Once products leave The Makeup Bar, all sales are final.
